Plain-language terms for a simple tool.

• The service. ActionConfirm helps you confirm action items from your Google Docs™ meeting notes with the people responsible. It is free during launch.
• Your content stays yours. We claim no rights over your documents or your recipients’ responses.
• Acceptable use. Don’t use ActionConfirm to send spam, deceptive requests, or unlawful content, or to harass recipients. We may suspend access for abuse.
• No warranty. The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep delivery and document write-backs truthful. When something fails, ActionConfirm says so rather than pretending otherwise. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
• Independence. ActionConfirm is not provided by or affiliated with Google. “Google Docs™”, “Gemini™”, and “Google Workspace™” are trademarks of Google LLC.
